It is true, I have gone to the darkside. I have broken up with my faithful (but very slow) blog. I have upgraded to a sexier new model. Facebook my friends. It has sucked me in. Wholeheartedly. I resisted at first and then something lured me in. It is by several requests that I return to my roots and post a few pics of the kids and come up with something witty.

I have missed you too, old friends. But that darn facebook is just so easy and so quick. Dale and I say that the way technology changes, by the time Fischer & Caleb "grow up", all they will have to do is think of someone and they will have a whole conversation. I mean, remember the pager? At first it was only drug dealers who had them (according to some conservative parents with the last name Liday). And then, next thing you know all of us young kids were initiating the first texts with 911 & I luv u on a pager.

So, as always everything and nothing have happened. Whitley lost a whole lotta teeth; Isiah graduated from high school and is now employed by his sister and I as a summer babysitter; Isiah competed in and placed 1st in the state track meet, of which all four of us Huss's were able to witness; Fischer graduated his first year of pre-school and is happy to be "on a break" (like one day a week is so hard); Caleb continues to be more of a little spirited individual; Fischer is a mini-me of Dale, walks like him, talks like him, wears his clothes around the house, etc.

It's all fun and it's all good at the Huss house lately. We have a jam packed summer, as opposed to last year. I'm just going to close my eyes and hold on tight. We'll pay for it in the end but have fun now. No Christmas gifts this year...
