Growing Up So Fast

We went to the Dr. today for a checkup (7 weeks on Thursday) and Fischer now weighs 11.5! He has gotten used to the bath and the car is getting better; it's now a 50/50 shot instead of constant screaming. He is smiling at us and cooing and laughing now too. The next step is to try to get him to fall asleep without me putting him to sleep...how the heck am I supposed to do that?

IT'S GETTING HARDER

EVERYONE TOLD ME THIS WOULD GET EASIER, BUT I THINK THE EASY PART IS OVER. THOSE FIRST 2 WEEKS WERE EASY AND NOW THINGS ARE CHANGING. NO REAL CONSISTANCY. I THINK HE'S EVEN SLEEPING LESS- ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE NIGHT. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? HE'S PRETTY SWEET FOR THE MOST PART, EXCEPT WHEN HE'S CRYING.
