Callin' me out?
So,
Well, I don't have too many new pics. And one of our camera's won't even turn on. So, here goes the smattering of unorganized photo's (not blogger's forte) : Charles Ford Liday, my dad's dad who came to visit; Halloween; San Francisco and the fabulous hotel/room service (love it).
Aside from the pictures and so close to Thanksgiving, I thought I would steer my focus on what I am thankful for. I am thankful for my family. Such a cliche yet so true. Kids, husband, immediate, in-laws, aunts, uncles, Grandpa's who are 92, grandparents all around!
I am also thankful for the new sports socks I just bought at Costco. So cushy & warm & comfy. I'm thankful for all my workout girls- holla! I'm thankful for- really take this one in- I'm thankful that I was able to run a half-marathon last month!!! It was amazing & yes, I will do it again. I am thankful that my mom & dad were able to be there with Dale, the kids & I in San Francisco to share the experience with me. I'm thankful to my coach, Dale and my assistant coach, Jodi. I'm also thankful for my husband making me delicious coffee every day! And I'm thankful for my kids making me laugh & cuddling with me in bed. So, I'm sure you will all reflect now on what you are thankful for in your life.
My family is embarking on unchartered territory and without going in to details, I am calling on all of you for your support & prayers. We have some exciting times coming ahead in the new year and also are dealing with some serious health issues. For those of you who pray: please pray for my family to get through the tough times. For those who do not pray: please pray anyway. Please pray for strength, compassion, understanding, comfort, safety, and anything else you want to throw on top. THANK YOU!
Have a safe & Happy Holiday Season! Hope to be in touch again soon.
