Right Now

This is it. This is the time that I will look back on and say- when did this happen? When did my baby turn into a little boy? My son is almost no-longer the baby. There's going to be a new sheriff in town and suddenly Fischer will seem like a giant. He's already turned the corner, from baby to little kid and there's no turning back. I guess this is why people have more kids- beause they want to embrace the innocence of babies.

What makes him so different now you might wonder? He's talking- a lot: he makes sentences, asks questions, counts to 7 and can repeat just about anything we say. He is very opinionated: he picks out his own shoes, clothes, meals. He knows when we drive by the Honda Center that that is "Hockey" and knows Angels Stadium is "baseball".

It sounds like I'm bragging and maybe I am but I just wanted to record this time so that I can remember. This is when my baby turned in to a boy. And just in time too- the other baby should be here in a month. It's time to get him out and start all over again.

So Ready

I won't bore you with the fun facts of this pregnancy, I will just tell you that like any woman who is 8 months pregnant, I am ready. The room is not. Fischer is probably not. Dale is. I am so ready.

OK- so any mac users out there? We just got a new apple and I'm still figuring things out. That's why the first picture is sideways. Because I have rotated and saved the picture several times but when I attach- it's still sideways. So I do know that you have to turn your head, but it's such a cute picture of Fischer working on Caleb's room with his Daddy that I had to include it.

Fun, cute, light pictures of Fischer attached. He's talking a lot although you have to have a trained ear to understand most of what he says. Luckily I'm trained. He's still swimming often and getting much more active and crazy.


Big weekend ahead: Fischer is off to Disneyland with Whitley, Grandpa & Grandma Connie. We're off to the desert for relaxation and pampering.
